Gaerne Hurricane shoes with closure system of a BOA L6 micro-adjustable coil. The Gaerne Hurricane incorporates the MTB 3DENSITY SOLE sole, a new sole designed specifically for mountain biking. The structure is made of nylon and fiberglass, making it resistant, light and thin. The sole has been designed to guarantee maximum adhesion, stability and excellent resistance to all types of terrain.

BOA L6
The BOA L6 patented locking system consists of micro-adjustable wheels with steel cable. The combination of these elements allows the rider to obtain a uniform grip, without tension points and, due to the absence of Velcro strips also allows a greater air circulation in the forefoot.

Air Ventilation System
All Gaerne shoes provide excellent breathability and a perfect microclimate.

Comfort Fit Tongue
The tongue is perforated to allow more interior ventilation and is equipped with special padding to increase comfort.

EPS Comfort Insole
Internal anatomical insole with support in the tarsal area to improve comfort and pedaling efficiency. The template is perforated to obtain an optimal microclimate inside the shoe.

Heel Cup
A new anatomical design of the heel with a new piece of plastic injected that does not deform. Anti-tendinitis design with anti-slip insert for better stability and foot control.

From the Center for Research and Development Gaerne was born MTB 3DENSITY SOLE a new sole designed specifically for mountain biking. The structure is made of nylon and fiberglass, making it resistant, light and thin. The sole has been designed to guarantee maximum adhesion, stability and excellent resistance to all types of terrain. The studs on the side and on the heel are THSR - ICEGRIP, a material that provides greater grip and resistance to abrasion in different soil conditions: dry, wet and icy. The two removable front lugs improve traction on soft and muddy terrain.
